By the nature of the accommodation industry, some of a guest's personal and/or financial details will need to be recorded.

Telegraph Retreat will not pass on any such information or details to any third party except as may be legally required by legislation or a court of law.

Mailing List

Telegraph Retreat maintains an opt-in e-mail mailing list. The only personal information recorded by the inclusion of a subscriber in this list is their e-mail address.

Telegraph Retreat will not under any circumstances release all or part of the mailing list to any outside person or entity.

Any person whose e-mail address is included in the Telegraph Retreat mailing list may elect to opt out of receiving the newsletter in full confidentiality at any time.

Once a subscriber opts out, that e-mail is completely removed from the e-mail newsletter system and no further mailings will be received from Telegraph Retreat unless that e-mail address is re-subscribed.
