- If two adults are travelling together and require separate beds, a one off $25 twin-share surcharge applies
- Progressive lay-by payments are accepted.
All Cottages:
All cottages are air conditioned with self catering country kitchens,
private spa pools and wood burning heaters with ample wood supply.

Silver Service Dinner:
This luxury service is by arrangement and at least 48 hours notice is required. Enjoy 3 courses with a bottle of local wine served in our formal dining room. Not available during NSW Christmas School Holidays
Cost: $70 per person.
Dinner to Cottage:
Two course prepared dinners by arrangement, delivered to your cottage from $30 per person.
BBQ & Picnic Banquettes and Lunch:
by arrangement from $35 per person
Chauffeur Return Transport:
to Port Macquarie and Wauchope local restaurants for $50 can be provided by arrangement.
Port-A-Cot & High Chair:
available free of charge (inc linen).
Child Minding:
by arrangement at reasonable rates - min 3 hrs.

50% deposit required on booking.
Deposit by credit card, direct debit, cheque or money order (Australia only).
Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is received and cleared.
These conditions also relate equally to Gift Certificates.
NSW Christmas & Easter school holiday and long weekend bookings payable in full 30 days prior to arrival and if cancelled tariff is refunded if cottage is re-booked for entire period booked or part thereof at our discretion.
For all other times:
More than 30 days cancellation notice - full refund.
Less than 30 days notice (including non arrival) - full payment of period booked unless cottage re-let.
In all instances every reasonable effort will be made to re-book the cottage.
Guests are recommended to purchase adequate travel insurance. Our local Flight Centre offers travel insurance for our guests, contact us for details.
All cancellations will incur a $10 administration charge.
Regular part deposit payments will be accepted for bookings more than 30 days prior to arrival.
Normal check in time is from 2pm (3pm at Christmas) and check out by 10am but may vary with notice. A fee of $50 may be levied for late departure where incoming guests may be inconvenienced.
Every effort will be made to provide your cottage of choice but we reserve the right to alter this for operational purposes.
We reserve the right to charge to your credit card any damage however caused or cleaning beyond the normal of a reasonable guest.
You and your guests must not damage any of our Property. You are liable for and indemnify us against all loss or damage (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) incurred or suffered directly or indirectly in connection with the use of our Porperty by you or any of your guests.
"Property" means the property known as Telegraph Retreat located at 126 Federation Way, Telegraph Point New South Wales, Australia and all of our other real or personal property located within or on the Property.
Payment of a deposit is acknowledgement & acceptance of these terms and conditions.
